Ticketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to join the team for the 2018 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Ticketing Coordinator be the primary point of contact for the delivery of all aspects of ticketing services to the Festival.

We are looking for a hands-on, highly energetic team player who can coordinate all necessary ticketing responsibilities needed to maintain a seamless ticketing experience for our event organisers and event attendees.

The successful candidate will need previous experience in a similar role, superb communication skills and high attention to detail. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are also important. Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) will be highly regarded.

This is a contract position from October 2017 – to the end of March 2018. Office days will vary based on workload and will increase closer to the festival commencement.
