Supported by Department of Business & Innovation, Put Victoria On Your Table is a state-wide campaign led by Melbourne Food and Wine to encourage consumption of, and loyalty to, high quality food and wine of Victorian provenance.

Put Victoria On Your Table holds two themed seasonal campaigns each year and participation is subject to Melbourne Food and Wine approval.

Put Victoria On Your Table all year round

Victoria's bountiful new-season produce is celebrated at restaurants and wineries across the state for The Roast Collection in June and The Spring Graze in September.

You can also Put Victoria on Your Table at home by buying delicious seasonal produce from your local fresh food or VFMA Accredited Farmers' Market.

A Regional Road Trip

Watch the clip below to join chef Matt Wilkinson on his regional road trip. Be a passenger on his journey to collect the best of Victoria's bounty, drawing inspiration from the Great Ocean Road, Gippsland, Daylesford and Sutton Grange.

Matt returned to Melbourne with an abundance of produce, wine and a passionate bunch of fellow travellers (among them, regional champions Alla Wolf-Tasker and George Biron) to create a three-course lunch for the launch of Put Victoria on Your Table.
