As Melbourne Zoo's dedicated caterer, Liberty Catering Concepts' Executive Head Chef Dianne Kerry has made a commitment to sourcing sustainable seafood, which will be showcased with a progressive canapé style event and talks on local sustainable seafood.
Commencing your evening on land with drinks and delectable canapés at the newly built Lemur Island, you will then enjoy a keeper talk at Wild Seas, whilst enjoying sustainable seafood canapés with the Seals. The voyage will end at an underwater bar indulging in the purists of Vodkas, Victorian grown and produced wines and a final catch of delicious seafood.
