While some restaurants view street food as the new haute cuisine, we're more interested in street cred, where dishes and flavours pay homage to their humble heritage. Tommi Miers' not-so-secret passion is for Mexico, and her London restaurant, Wahaca, serves street food from south of the border. In Melbourne she will be dishing up five courses alongside Frank Camorra at his new restaurant. MoVida aqui.
