Chocolate Curls and Cigarettes

Learn to master a selection of delicate chocolate curls and striped cigarettes to garnish all of your sweet creations from cakes, tarts and desserts. This hands on class will teach you simple techniques to follow in order to get perfect chocolate curls and cigarettes every time. No prior experience is required for this class. Perfect for beginners. If you enjoy this session, progression into a full day garnishes class would be ideal.


Moulded Chocolates
Sat 13th March, 12pm-2pm & Sun 14th March, 12pm-2pm

This class will introduce you to the art of making beautiful moulded chocolates. You will make a range of moulded chocolates using various mould designs, complete with delicious fillings. All chocolate will be tempered for you in this class. This is a fun, light hearted class which introduces you to various skills and techniques used to make moulded chocolates. If you love this class, progression into our longer chocolate classes such as chocolates and pralines level one would be ideal.

Chocolate Truffles
Sat 13th March, 3pm-5pm & Sun 14th March, 9am-11am

Learn to create a selection of traditional and modern chocolate truffles in this fun, light hearted short course. Recipes range in texture, flavour and finished appearance to introduce you a selection of products. Your very own delicious chocolate morsels will be professionally packaged for you to take home and enjoy. If you love this class, progression into the two day truffle making course would be ideal.
