Since 1996 Peppermint Ridge Farm and Cornucopia Living Heritage Centre has been offering a range of food-focused experiences designed to excite and inspire. The farm aims to demonstrate a sustainable approach to land management, a living classroom in which visitors learn about the importance of sustainable farming and living. The centre attracts over 6000 visitors each year with many attending sustainability workshops and indulging in the unique experience of a bush-tucker lunch.
