Please arrive at 12pm to ensure sufficient time to find your allocated position and be seated for service.

Where:
Alexandra Park, Alexandra Avenue, South Yarra

The two main ‘entrances’ to the event will be located along Alexandra Ave on either end of Alexandra Park, Anderson street intersection and Swan Street Bridge intersection.

Getting there:
Catch public transport if you plan to enjoy the beautiful Victorian wines and beers on offer throughout the day.  

Public transport – arrive at Richmond station by train or no. 70 tram to Olympic Blvd and use the walk ways through Gosch’s Paddock and Yarra Park. Walk towards Morell Bridge to enter the event.

Make for the water and take your perch along the Yarra River bank, as the Festival's hottest event ticket turns 20 under the dappled light of Alexandra Park's arching treeline.


Revel in a three-course seasonal feast designed by hatted regional stars George Biron (Sunnybrae), Patrizia Simone (Simone’s) and Annie Smithers (Annie Smithers’ Bistrot) and brought to life by Peter Rowland Catering.


Sample matched drops hand-picked from one of Victoria’s finest vineyards, Yering Station. Settle in at our 500-metre white-clothed table for the most leisurely of lunches yet, as we toast Melbourne’s lifeblood and bring regional Victoria’s plentiful harvest to town.

Please be aware IGA World’s Longest Lunch will proceed in light wind and rain and will only be cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions.
