This September, Victorian restaurants, wineries and producers will draw on a bounty of new-season Victorian produce to celebrate the Put Victoria on Your Table philosophy and the sweetness that comes with the emergence of spring. Across Victoria, “The Spring Graze” announces that spring has sprung, through more than 40 flavoursome events.
The Spring Graze, celebrates everything that is new again – spring lamb at its sweetest and most tender, cheeses made from the first flush of spring milk, freshly plucked baby vegetables and new release wines such as rosé, delicate whites, lighter-style reds and chilled dessert wines.
