Ed is Australia’s most awarded sparkling winemaker who has long held the belief that Australia can produce sparkling wines equal to the world’s best, but is inspired by the great wines of Champagne. Ed began his career in 1977 as a microbiologist and was appointed group sparkling winemaker at Constellation Wines Australia in 1994, a position he holds to this day.
