Interested in participating in the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival? Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions.
When are submissions open?
Dates for 2013 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival submissions have yet to be finalised. You can subscribe to the Industry e-newsletter to recieve further updates and view our What's On Calender for details on event submission periods, not only for the Festival, but also for our spring and winter Put Victoria on Your Table campaigns.
Does the event need to be held in Victoria?
Yes, to participate in the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival your event must be held within the state borders of Victoria.
Does the event need to occur during the Festival dates?
Yes, to participate in the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival your event must occur within the Festival dates. If your event does not fall within the Festival dates, it can be uploaded onto our What’s On Calendar.
Is it only restaurants that can participate?
No, there are a number of ways to participate in the Festival for not only restaurants, but wineries, breweries and producers.
How much does it cost to participate in the Festival?
Please note, participation fees are yet to be finalised for Festival 2013.
