In 2017, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival presented by Bank of Melbourne (31 March – 9 April) staged its 25th celebration, as the world’s leading food influencers – chefs, restaurateurs, critics and food writers – welcomed to Melbourne The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017. This all-important global gathering put a spot light on Victoria’s world-class restaurant industry, regional food bowls and ever-growing gastronomic reputation.
