Please note the following program change to Ángel León, The (Re)Definitiong of Seafood:
Melbourne Food and Wine Festival has been informed that unfortunately Ángel León from Aponiente in Spain is unable to attend the 2014 Festival due to a back injury leaving him unfit to travel to Australia.
Juan Luis Fernández, Aponiente’s head chef and Ángel’s right hand man, will take Ángel’s place and present his dishes at Langham Melbourne MasterClass. Frank Camorra from MoVida will also join the session to co-present.
If preferred, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival can offer a replacement session for any Langham Melbourne MasterClass guests already booked in to Ángel’s session.
