A gentleman and a scholar, cocktail historian Sebastian Reaburn specialises in heritage-listed vintage cocktailarabilia, first at Melbourne’s iconic 1806 and now as a free spirit.
Matthew's expertise in the art of the cocktail is practised as both manager of Der Raum and co-owner of Bar Americano. With an intention to provide guests with an experience in a glass, his knowledge extends from ristretto to rum to rare cocktails of a bygone era.
Since the summer of 2007, Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, has run Mikkeller on his own. Mikkel is a gypsy-brewer, who brews at different breweries in Denmark, around Europe and the United States.
