Jacques Reymond's name is synonymous with fine dining. His cuisine honours to Australian produce and Asian-influenced freshness. Jacques was named a Melbourne Food & Wine Legend in 2002.

Biography:

Native of Valpolicella, Silvia is the international face of Allegrini - one of the paramount producers of Amarone as well as several other extraordinary wines which regularly receive top ratings in The Wine Advocate and The Wine Spectator

This high-energy, second-generation Italian chef makes a habit of ensuring Melbourne’s gastronomic Italian-style future by restoring our gastronomic Italian-style past. In 1999 he gave us Grossi Florentino, Guy then revived another Melbourne legend Mirka at Tolarno Hotel and has since added his Venetian Osteria, Merchant to an already impressive list of gastronomic accolades.
