All aboard the Bar Express 2 - 21 March as it makes its way to Melbourne’s most buzzing watering holes for an after-work tipple and taste – best enjoyed at the bar. Pull up a pew with a signature cocktail, premium wine or craft brew in one hand and tasty bite in the other for only $18 between 5 - 7pm. Clover Club - classic cocktail of gin, fresh lemon and house made raspberry syrup. 1806 Hot Dog - with house made chipotle and red onion relish, ketchup and American mustard.

Josie Bones
Ninkasi's Angel, an 8% Belgian Tripel style beer, brewed in Victoria. Matched with rich local cheese.

Madame Brussels
Madame’s Pink bits - Luscious strawberries, fluffy egg whites, the bubbles of a fine pink champagne rimmed with pop rocks from your childhood. Mini pavlova filled with cream and strawberries.

Bistro Vue
2008 Heemskerk Chardonnay Pinot Noir, Tasmania. Oxtail terrine with pickled vegetables on sourdough toast.
