As they say in Sardinia ‘Dare a tenner sa coe de s'ambidda’– you might as well try to hold an eel by the tail – or not – but either way, come and join Head Chef Dusty Treweek, Sommelier Ben Knight and the Bottega team for a dinner featuring the best of what Sardinia has to offer. Sure, Sardinia is part of Italy but many of its dishes are unique to the island, and Dusty will put together menu that would make any Sardinian Nonna proud, each course matched with wines selected by Sommelier Ben Knight.
