An exclusive Peruvian pop-up event at Melba Restaurant
To kick off the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Melba Restaurant will team up with Peruvian cuisine master, Alejandro Saravia for a special pop-up event.
For one night only, guests will experience a selection of Alejandro’s signature dishes, each infused with the flavours inspired by his South American roots.
In addition to running his own critically acclaimed restaurant, Pastuso, Alejandro has a list of past successes including his restaurant, Morena in Surry Hills. And if that isn’t impressive enough, he has worked in the world-class kitchens around the globe, including Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck, in London.
