The Yarra Valley is famous for wine, and now it’s time for its farms to shine. Explore the fresh produce of the Yarra Valley with Head Chef Tom Brockbank at O’Connell’s.
There are two tickets available, for either a cooking class with Tom Brockbank or a guided cheese tasting with Yarra Valley Dairy. Between activities, the entire group will sit down together for a long lunch celebrating produce from the Yarra Valley region.
We’re joined by a cheesemaker from Yarra Valley Dairy, who will share their knowledge of their cheeses and region during a five-cheese tasting – including a brand new cheese release, which is yet to be released to market.
The long lunch will be matched with Victorian wines, and Tom will present each course with the story of the ingredients behind each dish.
