The Yarra Valley is famous for wine, and now it’s time for its farms to shine. Explore the food of the Yarra Valley with Head Chef Tom Brockbank at O’Connell’s.

Before lunch, Tom and his team will lead a workshop on how to prepare some of the dishes that guests will later enjoy at lunch. Or hear from a Victorian cheesemaker from the region, who will share their knowledge of their product and region.

During a long lunch with matched Victorian wines, suppliers whose ingredients are featured in each course will tell us about their produce.
