Fitzroy’s Rochester Hotel hosts an epic party celebrating the new guard revolutionising Australia’s Indian food and beverage scene.

The Rochester’s Mischa Tropp, Jesse Singh (Babu Ji, Horn Please), Harry Mangat (Biji Dining) and the team from ISH will be joined by a variety of innovative Indian producers, including Avani, Domaine Simha and Nazaaray Estate wineries.

All day feasting, drinking, live music, DJs and dancing is included in the ticket price and will ensure the revolution is celebrated in an appropriately exuberant style!
