Sip a glass of Prosecco before sitting to enjoy antipasti platters of local seafood, cheese, farm-grown vegetables and organic artisan breads with our Basils Farm wine.
Join our resident permaculture gardener Ben Shaw on a tour of the edible garden and farm while learning about our passion for biodynamic and sustainable practices and exploring the protected Ramsar wetlands of Swan Bay.
Then it’s back to lunch overlooking the vineyard, with stunning views across Swan Bay. Sip a glass of wine while enjoying a shared lunch including:
- Beef Carpaccio, served with fresh basil, local organic olive oil, Parmesan, heirloom cherry tomatoes, capers and rocket.
- Saltbaked Kingfish with fresh tomatoes.
- Heirloom tomato and Lamb ragu.
- Heirloom tomato salad and seasonal, organic, vegetables from our providore garden.
Served banquet/share style.
The schedule will runs as follows:
11.00am-12.00pm - Arrival Prosecco and antipasti.
12.20pm-1.30pm - Garden tours.
1.30pm-3.00pm - Lunch (approx.).
Guided cellar door tastings will be available from 10.00am-11.00am or after lunch until 5.00pm.
