David will share in tales of the intriguing history behind Australia’s greatest Wagyu producer who will be celebrating 30 years of producing full blood wagyu and purebred Mishima beef.
You will enjoy an unforgettable tasting menu prepared by Rockpool Bar & Grill Head Chef Zac Nicholson who will expertly hero Blackmore’s award winning beef alongside the very best locally sourced Victorian produce.
Joining the dinner will be Rockpool Master Sommelier, Sebastian Crowther who will thoughtfully match each course to a Victorian wine.
This exceptional experience will take place in one of Melbourne’s most historic buildings – Alfred Place.
$20 from every ticket sold will be donated to The Rockpool Foundation.
