Chefs Jesse Gerner and James Wilkinson put a modern spin on some cheesy classics: cheese hedgehogs come to life (not literally we hope), the buffet makes a welcome return and molten cheese, don’t mind if we fondue!
Cocktail king Carlos Arujio will revisit the heady days when mixed drinks were the heroes and local wines shone.
Self-appointed Master of Cheese Barry Morgan MC will supply the laughs and, no doubt, a few cheesy tunes along the way. Eat, drink and laugh like there’s no tomorrow.
