We’re taking over the kitchens – with a little help from some local and international friends – to bring the best of Victoria’s produce to the dining room in a series of sustainable dinners co-curated with ZeroFoodprint. 

 

Meanwhile in the bar and on the in-room dining menu, 2017 Hostplus Trailblazers Matt Stone and Jo Barrett have crafted sustainable dishes from locally sourced and environmentally conscious Victorian produce.
