Set in the stunning surrounds of Werribee Park Mansion, Fromage a Trois Cheese Festival will take you from farm gate to picnic blanket, with the best in artisan cheese and local produce.

Meet the makers, sample their wares and pair those delicious cheeses with handcrafted wine, beer cider or spirits for a leisurely picnic out on the lawn.

Watch chefs and cheesemakers in action, enjoy the live music and indulge with your cheese-loving friends old and new.

Some cheesy highlights include mac and cheese croquettes, raclette, gourmet cheese toasties, cheese flavoured ice creams, crumbed mozzarella burgers, cheesy gnocchi and pizzas.

The action-packed line-up includes:

* A grape stomp competition run by Pyrenees Wine Region – register on the day
* Cheese & wine masterclasses and chef demonstrations on the Chef Stage
* Mozzarella stretching
* Entertainment by local bands, including the sax-laden disco sounds of Vaudeville Smash
* Lawn games and roving entertainment
