Grab a seat at the bar where expert sommeliers and cocktail pros pop corks and pour concoctions from a list curated just for the Festival. Advocates of zero-waste cooking and ethical food, co-heads at Oakridge Wines Matt Stone and Jo Barrett have devised an innovative bar menu pulled straight from the Victorian regions.

Matt and Jo have also worked their magic on the in-room dining menu with classic room-service dishes reimagined into sustainably sourced, modern updates.
