Bringing their passion for good food and drink to the growing cities of Australia throughout the 1900’s, Italians have impacted our local food and wine scene forever more, and it all started in their own backyards.
Come revel in where it all began with polenta, cannelloni, backyard Pizza and ‘Dixie’ Tiramisu. There will be Rosso Antico, Cynar, and cans of beer, with Victorian winemaker Owen Latta providing some amazing still-fermenting wines with a nod to the days of backyard winemaking.
Then dance into the night to disco beats. It will be a fun and carefree - just like the good ol' days.
