Join Sebastian Raeburn (bartending legend and local gin distiller) and Cam Smith (Triple R ‘Eat It’ radio presenter), on a sensory exploration of native botanicals and the rise of 'ginstronomy’.

Discover how myrtle, eucalyptus and other Australian natives can be planted, grown and harvested in urban environments and community gardens before hearing firsthand how they are used in the gin distilling process.

Be transported to a private venue and learn about the art of ‘ginstronomy’, where Sebastian and Cameron will guide guests through a gin and food pairing session featuring native ingredients in collaboration with Fitzroy restaurant Charcoal Lane.

Taste and take home a bottle of bespoke gin made specially for the event from ingredients grown and foraged in in the waterside community of Victoria Harbour.
