A true collaboration between the region's hatted and most distinguished chefs, delicious local produce, and amazing wines and craft beer, Executive Chef Douglas Elder will call on many of his old friends, colleagues and regular local suppliers to create a culinary experience showcasing the best that North East Victoria has to offer.
