Renascence Gippsland by Chef Alejandro Saravia

A Gippsland farm share-table celebration with open-fire cooking

After the great success of Renascence Gippsland 2017 for MFWF, Pastuso's executive Chef Alejandro Saravia and Gippsland Natural beef producer Paul Crock are teaming up again to host Renascence Gippsland, a highlight event of MFWF 2018.

This unique event gives guests the opportunity to dine al fresco in the paddock at Crocks’ Biran Biran farm overlooking Victoria’s iconic Wilsons Promontory while enjoying the flavours and textures of Saravia’s open-fire cooking.

As an advocate for sustainable dining and the ambassador for Gippsland, Saravia aims to inspire with a five course menu featuring locally sourced produce paired with premium local wines from Bass Phillip.
