Wine industry personalities and sommeliers will guide you through the tasting and a discussion of how a wine matures, looking at the various aging and cellaring qualities of iconic varieties like riesling, chardonnay, pinot noir and shiraz.

All ticket holders go home with two Gabriel wine stems valued at $45.
