Shane Delia's Homage to Melbourne's Culinary Pioneers

A fascinating tour of Melbourne's culinary past

Melbourne’s culinary history is explored in this fascinating guided tour of Melbourne General Cemetery that visits the final resting places and tells the stories of some of the city’s most influential restaurateurs, cafe owners, vignerons and merchants.

After hearing about the pioneers and creators of Melbourne’s food scenes, guests will then take part in an amazing Mediterranean feast curated by star chef Shane Delia, based on the histories of some of Melbourne’s culinary forebears.
