The BBQ is smokin’ in Spring Hill!

Gather your family for an unforgettable day at Spring Hill Estate in the rolling hills of the Macedon Ranges.

There’ll be beef brisket, blackened chicken and sausages from Kilmore’s The Meat Room available for purchase to feed the hungry brood.

Rainbow trout will be caught fresh on the estate for the barbeque, accompanied by seasonal sides, crispy sweet potato fries and a selection of one-of-a-kind condiment infusions - from smooth Bruichladdich, peated Port Charlotte and smokey Octomore whiskey to dry Botanist gin!

Live music, whiskey and gin tasting, sausage demonstrations, and fishing are all part of the smokin’ hot fun.
