An immersive Sri Lankan food adventure

The unique flavours, colourful curries and lavish feasts of Sri Lankan cuisine are thoroughly explored in this culinary adventure.

Chef Daniel Siriman from Monsoon Harvest at the Yarraville Community Centre (YCC) first takes you on a tour of Melbourne’s inner-west showing where to source the best Sri Lankan ingredients.

On returning to the YCC, there’ll be traditional street food snacks ahead of a cooking class where the ingredients from the shopping expedition become a feast to be shared at the end of the class, paired with matching wines.

Important: Please bring a valid myki for train travel as this is required for the food tour component of session.
