This intimate black tie dinner, hosted by the Pizzini family at Project Forty Nine is a celebration in every sense of the word!
Project Forty Nine, head chef Tim Newitt will be joined by chef & culinary star from the North East Douglas Elder, to deliver a four course menu that both celebrates Italian style and pays homage to the fabulous produce of North East Victoria.
Wines to be showcased at the dinner are standouts in the Pizzini winemaking journey. These are the wines that tell the story of the passion and commitment the Pizzini family have to the King Valley and to producing fine wines from Italian varietals.
