After falling in love with butter chicken on his last trip to India, George Calombaris is bringing the world’s best butter chicken chef, Saransh Goila, all the way from Mumbai to Melbourne.
Chef Saransh Goila’s specialty is contemporary Indian food and is particularly famous for his delicious butter chicken, a must-try foodie experience when visiting Mumbai.
If that wasn't enough, George is also bringing out the Greek mixologists behind The Clumsies, ranking number six on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2017.
You’ll have access to taste his famous butter chicken and experience cocktails specially designed by the mixologists Nikos Bakoulis and Vasilis Kyritsis.
