Victoria’s rich coastline provides a bounty of seafood and endless inspiration for chefs across the state. Pastuso chef Alejandro Saravia will celebrate the amazing quality and diversity of Victoria’s seafood at this one-off dinner.
Over seven courses Saravia will bring back your childhood memories of long days spent at the beach fishing and swimming.
Expect Corner Inlet Snapper chicharron, Baw Baw Alpine trout and a chance to taste the first sustainable barramundi to be farmed in Victoria. All courses will be perfectly paired with Victorian wines.
