Chris Watson will be cooking his own unique style of tex mex with hint of the Mediterranean. Think smoky corn, pork and pickled pineapple with salsa roja, and smoked brisket pastrami with dill pickle, shaved cabbage and pickled mustard seeds.
Ably assisted by pit boss Troy Wheeler, and disco by Chico G this will be a wild party. Cans of Napoleone lager and cloudy cider will be on ice, and the tequila will flow freely.
