Yarra Valley’s 10-Bird Roast and Pinot Banquet

Birds and community come together as one for Yarra Valley feast

Grand banquets are famed for bringing people together to share a delicious feast of food and flowing wine, entertainment and camaraderie.

DiVino Ristorante @ Mandala Wines will use this traditional format to bring people together for a grand banquet with Chef Luca’s headline 10-bird Roast, composed of locally-sourced birds: Turkey, Goose, duck, Guinea Fowl, Pheasant, Chicken, Partridge, Spatchcock, Quail and Squab.

An attraction in itself, the roast will be matched with Mandala Pinot Noir straight from the barrels.

Revellers will enjoy each other’s company along long open tables, with everything sharing-style. Mandala Sparkling and antipasti for starters, followed by the main roast and topped off with dessert. Local live musicians will entertain.

2% of the day total income will be devolved to the local CFA of Dixons Creek.
