DiVino Ristorante at Mandala Wines is celebrating Yarra Valley produce Italian-style in our beautiful gardens overlooking the vineyards.
Every ingredient on the three-course menu comes from less than a kilometre from our restaurant and will be matched with estate wines.
We’ll start with house made cold cuts served with blanc de blancs, followed by spit-roasted porchetta and pinot noir straight from the barrel and finish with goat cheese pannacotta and limoncello.
