Mark Dundon has been making a mark on the daily life of Melburnians since 2005, when he co-founded Seven Seeds, a café and coffee roastery in Carlton that still attracts crowds each weekend. Since then, Dundon has opened plenty more cafés, both here and in Sydney and LA. Paramount Coffee Project, Reuben Hills and Brother Baba Budan are all the work of Dundon and his partners. Each one reflects his commitment to sourcing the best quality coffee and working closely with the people who grow it. In 2013, Dundon took his passion for coffee a step further, purchasing Finca Santa Lucia coffee farm in Honduras. With close to 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dundon is perfectly positioned to talk about the future of our daily cup.
