Sharon Flynn

It’s safe to say Sharon Flynn is obsessed with fermented foods. Considered Australia’s foremost expert on fermentation, Flynn founded The Fermentary in Daylesford, Victoria, in 2013 after years of experimenting at home with sourdough, pickles and more, realising the health benefits that fermented foods could bring. Today she continues to create naturally cultured probiotic foods as well as sharing her passion through regular workshops and her book Ferment for Good.
