Luke Mangan

Luke Mangan is ne of Australia’s most influential chefs, and an internationally renowned restaurateur. This Home Grown Hero started his career in Melbourne under Herman Schneider, before moving to London to work under Michel Roux, of three Michelin starred restaurant ‘Waterside Inn'. Today, he has 19 restaurants that spans across five countries, and is the first chef in the world to have his food served in the air (on Virgin Australia), at sea (on board P&O Cruise Ships), on Rail (with Eastern & Oriental Express) and on shore.
