Wow – what a weekend!

Over the Festival’s first Saturday and Sunday, we welcomed eight incredible chefs from across the globe at our new-look MasterClass sessions at Deakin Edge, plus four local favourites at our MasterClass Hands On.

From burger-like baos and signature stuffed pig trotters to the world’s simplest bread, we watched our culinary stars chop, steam, roast and garnish their signature favourites. We were then gifted with their personal tips and tricks to making each dish, perfection.

It’s not every day that you get this much talent under one roof, so we’ve captured the best of these 12 gastronomic minds into the 2016 MasterClass Recipe book.

Encompassing spices, flavours and techniques from around the world, there’s a recipe to inspire everyone’s inner MasterChef.
