Additional presenters announced for industry-only event Chef Jam

We’re pleased to announce six additional presenters and the afternoon host joining the local and international line-up for the Festival’s industry-only event, Chef Jam (11 March), proudly supported by HOSTPLUS.

  • Fairfax national food and wine editor Janne Apelgren
  • Chef and restaurateur George Calombaris (Melbourne)
  • Restaurant manager and sommelier Banjo Harris Plane (Attica, Melbourne)
  • The Age Good Food Guide Chef of the Year 2012 Dan Hunter (Royal Mail Hotel, Dunkeld)
  • The Age Good Food Guide Chef of the Year 2013, Michael Ryan (Provenance, Beechworth)
  • Chef and restaurateur Daniel Wilson (Huxtable)

Gail Donovan (Donovans, Melbourne) will host the event throughout the afternoon.
