It’s no simple feat to bring the world's greatest culinary minds together for a weekend of tastings, inspiration and awe-inspiring skill.
For those of you who attended Langham Melbourne Masterclass last weekend, you may have noticed the flurry of Holmesglen students helping to bring the event together with seamless style and flair. We could not have done it without their wonderful support.

The Victorian food and wine industry have been the backbone of the Festival and we see it as an important part of our role to help Melbournians improve their culinary knowledge, as well as help foster and the next generation of stars in our hospitality industry.
