Behind the scenes at Langham Melbourne MasterClass Holmesglen hospitality students join the brigade of chefs in the kitchens to assist our Festival presenters with food preparation.
After meeting world renowned chef Andoni Luis Aduriz at the Festival in 2010, Holmesglen secured an student placement at his restaurant Mugaritz in San Sebastian, voted third in the San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2011.
Hospitality student Amy Stanley had the incredible opportunity in 2011 and this year the opportunity will be available again.
