Seven of Melbourne’s hottest chefs have been brought together by Melbourne Food and Wine Festival to form The Chef Collective. Overlooking the city skyline at The Immersery: Festival Kitchen, Bar & Raingarden, each chef will create dishes for the water-inspired menu, matched to premium Victorian wines.
