For a fleeting 20 days in celebration of the Festival’s 20th year, a living, breathing building will spring up on the banks of the Yarra. Nestled in Queensbridge Square, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival Greenhouse by Joost utilises sustainable ideas in all aspects of the building, from food sourcing and production, through to building materials and furniture design.
