Om Nom

Tucked inside Adelphi Hotel's art deco facade is Om Nom Kitchen, offering delicious savoury grazing dishes along with famous Signature Desserts that excite all the senses.




Wilson & Market

The new luxe urbane eatery and bar, Wilson & Market, offers a quintessential Melbourne dining experience, underpinned with the best local talent, seasonal, biodynamic and organic produce, sustainable seafood and considered luxe interiors.




Palermo is a contemporary twist on the Argentinean tradition of sharing with friends and family. With the simplicity of Argentine cooking, their sharing menu offers the finest meats slow-roasted combined with their classic charcoal grill to give that iconic Argentinean flavour.





Fun vibes, lip smackin’ food and cheeky cocktails are all part of the experience at Shukah. The food draws upon classic Armenian flavours and influences, with an extensive drinks list including their own Armenian lager brew, as if any extra incentive was needed.





Otèr removes all the unnecessary, providing a pared back minimalistic atmosphere to help sink into the French cuisine, with a menu ranging from confit duck to vongole clams. The wine list takes you on journey through both France and Victoria, offering a considered selection of perfect accompaniments.
