An initiative delivered by SKYS – St Kilda Youth Service, HEAT is an innovative youth re-engagement program that assists at-risk and disadvantaged young people in gaining accredited training, qualifications and work experience in the hospitality industry, and provides them with the tools and support to make a positive transition to secure employment.
